Founded at the height of the 2008 financial crisis, Underground Electrical Services Inc. was built from the ground up by Frank Delgado—a seasoned Project Manager turned entrepreneur with decades of construction experience. After witnessing the collapse of the company he worked for, Frank saw an opportunity to create something better: a business grounded in skill, integrity, and adaptability.
